It is our goal bring you exemplary service as guest at this facility. As an additional integral part of our safety agreement, we request Furrents/Pet Owners to cooperate in ensuring that their pets are fully vaccinated with anti-rabies and anti-virus vaccinations; and accept the responsibility to pay for any damage in cases of your pets’ aggression towards other pets, persons, or Furry Brats’ staff; and release Furry Brats’ Pet Resort from any liability that may ensue from various pet services that is not proven to be negligence on the part of Furry Brats’ employees. Rest assured, we commit to high quality service at all times to any and all types of Pet Guests who visit our facility.

Moreover, in cases of DOG BITES towards staff, you will be responsible for the full payment of medical expenses and cover cost of the rest days required to full recovery, based on Doctor’s prescription. Receipts will be provided. To avoid this, please do not let the staff handle aggressive pets and keep them on leash at all times.
